Orders & Custom Specifications

Pricing & Payment

All prices are given in South African Rands (ZAR).

We Reserve the Right To:

Production & Delivery

Delays May Occur Due To:

We are not liable for courier delays once the product has been shipped.

Refunds & Returns

Custom Products

Due to the hygienic and custom nature of hair prosthesis systems:

• All pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable
• No refunds will be issued for incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
• Minor variations in colour, density, texture, or base material do not qualify as defects
• Pieces that have been altered by external parties or you will not be held against Tymeless Necessity Hair for repairs
• Upon collection, clients will sign off their piece to acknowledge that their expectations have been met, and the piece is as per their satisfaction

Defective Products

If a manufacturing defect is identified:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographic/video evidence
• The product must be unused and unaltered

Hygiene & Safety Disclaimer

Hair prosthesis systems are personal hygiene products.

We Cannot Accept Returns Of:

• Worn systems
• Cut, coloured, or altered units
• Products exposed to adhesives or chemicals

Customers Are Responsible For:

• Proper maintenance
• Patch testing adhesives
• Following care instructions as provided by Tymeless Necessity Hair

We are not liable for allergic reactions, scalp irritation, or improper use of the pieces.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
